Job Description

My current responsibilities include establishment and administration of the overall Company strategy. This includes managing a phenomenal team of experts in Finance, Talent Management, Risk Management and Division leaders. My career began as a civil/environmental engineer as a field technician. I progressed into a regulatory strategist and project manager for large-scale development projects prior to moving into department management. Ultimately, I have been closely involved in every aspect of our business and have a good handle on what architects/engineers/environmental/surveying professionals do every day.

Learning Goals

A main goal would be to provide a better understanding of the different aspects of architecture, engineering, environmental and surveying as it relates to a career path in any of these focus areas. In addition, a goal would be to develop a general understanding of how professionals in this field can impact different sectors including education, energy utilities (including renewable energy), health care, public entities, real estate development and science and technology. Last, there would be an opportunity to understand where an undergraduate/graduate degree in one of these areas could take you as your career develops.
