Project Manager
As a project, I do the following: - Issue and negotiate contracts with our subcontractors and suppliers - Resolve issues in the field between our subs and self perform crews - Ensure the equipment we install and materials we use adhere to the project specifications - Mentor and train younger office staff - Lead commissioning and start-up activities for the Plant's process equipment - Lead the stretch and flex in the morning - Allocate and approve invoices from our subcontractors and suppliers - Document progress made in the field using drones and walking the site
Students can learn more construction of infrastructure projects that most people don't know about but are very expensive to build.
