Senior Managing Director
Jon is a Senior Managing Director of the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. Jon served on the firm’s leadership committee for 17 years. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and is primarily responsible for arranging debt and equity placement transactions on a broad range of properties, including multi-housing, industrial, office, retail and self-storage. The capitalizations have included construction financings, permanent and bridge financings and joint-venture equity placements. Over his career, he has completed in excess of $20 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Students will get an overview of real estate finance and how deals get made. We will spend part of the day going to visit properties that we are involved with and meet the investors that own those properties, providing a true hands-on experience. You will have lunch with Delbarton Alumni who work at JLL while they share their journey into this business.
