I manage Equities which is a client-focused full-service sales, trading and capital markets platform; encompassing Cash equities, Electronic/Quantitative and Program trading. Prior to Jefferies, I was a founding members of Lehman Brothers Electronic Trading desk, where I helped pioneer the Electronic “Sales Trading” model, providing high-touch client coverage in an Electronic setting. For the past 15+ years, I have cultivated and managed key relationships with head traders at top institutional accounts and have provided instrumental content and consultation to aid strategic trading initiatives at each buy-side firm I touch. I am passionate about next-generation technology and I've aided in the design and implementation of trading applications, service risk monitoring tools, client intelligence monitors, alpha scoring models, and actionable IOI’s.
