Senior Business Transformation Consultant

Job Description

I am a Senior Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, where I lead data and reporting transformation initiatives across both public and private sector clients. I leverage design thinking principles and established consulting methodologies to deliver full lifecycle SAP implementations, from initial discovery and solution design through deployment and optimization. In my current role, I work with the U.S. Navy to modernize reporting and oversight systems for naval ship operations, enhancing visibility and decision-making capabilities. Additionally, I have collaborated with healthcare organizations to harmonize complex data environments, enabling more seamless reporting and improved transparency into financial performance. My work focuses on driving data integration, improving reporting accuracy, and delivering actionable insights that address a client's business needs.
