I am based in New York and a member of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, with more than 25 years of experience in providing clients with strategic planning, financial and operational restructuring advisory, merger and acquisition advisory and business advisory and analysis in both distressed and healthy company situations. For over the past 20 years, I have specialized in providing restructuring services to creditors in the troubled company environment, including both formal Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workout situations. Notable restructuring engagements include: City Sports, General Motors, Interstate Bakeries, LTL Management (J&J Talc), Lehman Brothers, MF Global and numerous other bankruptcy transactions.
