Projects include all types of warehousing - freezer/cooler and dry storage/distribution facilities. Turn-key 150’ Structural Steel Rack-Supported buildings that include all site work, sub-grade, concrete, walls, roofing, HVAC, electrical, automation etc. Tasks: Directly responsible for all projects. Direct (20) project managers as well as (8) site superintendents. Exclusive liaison between company and client after sale. Director of project design, engineering, fabrication, project budgeting, installation and site management of all trades, project scheduling, invoicing, change orders, cash flow analysis, contract analysis.
