General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary
Joe is responsible for managing Catalent’s global legal, compliance and risk operations. This encompasses a wide array of activities, including M&A, capital markets & financings, regulatory compliance, Board advisory work, compliance, employment matters, litigation, and much more.
Students will learn about a career as a legal corporate executive/General Counsel for public and private companies, with particular focus on how to advise Boards of Directors and senior management as well as manage the global legal department of a large, multi-national pharmaceutical company. Students will have the opportunity to speak with a variety of senior executives and members of the in house legal department, all to better understand the multiple professional avenues available to law school graduates. Students will also have an opportunity to learn about the world of private equity healthcare investing and speak with members of the parent company of Catalent, Inc., Novo Holdings.
