Calello Agency is a Real Estate Development and Management Firm that specializes in Residential workforce housing. We just closed on a 42 unit in Raritan that we are in the midst of leasing and we can incorporate that project into the experience. The Chateau Grande Hotel is a venture which opened in December of 2020 and is a 108 Room Boutique Hotel in East Brunswick, NJ.
