Calello Agency is a Real Estate Development and Management Firm that specializes in Residential workforce housing. We just opened a new 35-unit apartment building and I can incorporate that project into the DelEX presentation. The Chateau Grande Hotel is a venture which opened in December of 2020 and is a 108 Room Boutique Hotel in East Brunswick, NJ. So this past year in 2024 we sat in our bi-monthly partners meeting and listened to full recap of operations, sales and finance. Then we had dinner but that is certainly not mandatory.

My typical day is a 50/50 mix of making sure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly re: our current assets and focusing on new business and newly-opened projects like the hotel and our newest apartment building.
