Our CEO, Mike Farrell is a Delbarton parent. His son, Seann, is a 2001 graduate. Mike has over four decades of insurance experience including executive roles at MetLife. Mike can speak to his career, how he has seen the insurance industry evolve over multiple decades and provide advice for Delbarton students thinking about their careers. Tim has almost 20 years of financial services experience. He can speak to how the Delbarton network helped him get started on Wall Street, the many Delbarton alumni he's worked with throughout his career, the changes he's seen, the skills that have been developed along the way.
