Account Manager, Global Financial Services
Joe Lee is an Account Manager for one of the largest Global Financial Services customers at AWS. On a daily basis, his goal is drive cloud adoption by delivering customer outcomes; these outcomes can include improving products with generative-AI tools, driving revenue by co-building and selling new FinTech products together, etc. Joe manages a cross-functional team of consultants, engineers, customer success, and more to bring the most innovative technologies to cutting-edge Financial Services use cases.
Students will learn about what AWS is and how it empowers most of the world's companies (like your streaming services, Anthropic's AI models, your banking app, etc.), why Amazon has been driving innovation over the past 25+ years, what it looks like to sell technology into the world's largest financial services customers, and how AWS is thinking about the future with AI and other innovative technologies.
